Our mission is to make dermatologic services accessible, foster trust, and ensure that every patient feels heard, cared for, and valued.   ## Meet Our Team    ### Dr. Alfredo Siller Jr. ##### *Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon* Dr. Alfredo Siller Jr. is double board-certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. He is the only board-certified dermatologist in the Rio Grande Valley with fellowship training and subspecialty board certification in Mohs micrographic surgery. With a strong commitment to serving underserved populations, he brings advanced skin cancer expertise to his community and is the areas only fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, he was inspired by the health disparities along the U.S.-Mexico border to pursue a medical career. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-Pan American and his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Siller completed his internship at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and a dermatology research fellowship under Dr. Stephen K. Tyring before completing his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Passionate about mentorship and equitable healthcare, he advocates for improving access to dermatologic services and fostering the next generation of diverse healthcare leaders. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Pan American, she worked as a critical care RN in Wisconsin and Texas, delivering exceptional patient-centered care. In 2019, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Concordia University Wisconsin, which led her to pursue her passion for skin health and its role in overall well-being. With a focus on atopic dermatitis, acne, and dermatology in skin of color, Dora is thrilled to return to her home community, empowering patients to embrace their skin and feel confident. As an accomplished Medical Office Manager with over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, Patricia is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, supporting clinical teams, and improving patient satisfaction. Her career motivation is rooted in growth and continuous learning, always striving to bring out the best in both staff and patient experiences. Beyond her professional life, Patricia values time with her family and enjoys creative outlets such as painting, refurbishing furniture, and gardening. These passions reflect her eye for detail, creativity, and ability to bring new life into everything she works on.
